SediVision® is introducing to the wastewater utility market an innovative predictive maintenance solution that delivers complete visibility in full wastewater tanks. Our proprietary technology provides complete visibility where there has never been any, under dark water in wastewater tanks. With SediVision®, a client will know precisely how much and where the material has accumulated in their wastewater tanks, enabling them to make informed decisions about how to restore capacity and where to direct cleaning resources. This process allows managers to direct cleaning efforts toward structures with the highest accumulation and develop a predictive maintenance schedule based on reliable data.
Position Summary:
SediVision is seeking a seasoned wastewater professional who is interested in a change of career or has experience with marketing and business development. This person will have a strong technical background in wastewater and will identify and contact managers and engineers responsible for estimating the cost of maintenance and serve as a subject matter expert for prospects and customers and an industry thought leader. The Wastewater Business Development Professional will help the team bring this new innovative professional service to the Texas market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying industry managers, opinion leaders, and engineers.
- Translating and explaining highly complex technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how our services can solve specific problems
- Leverages digital sales techniques by working collaboratively with Marketing and Business Development on digital marketing campaigns and CRM-driven client communications.
- Maintains and records all customer data and project documentation within our Salesforce CRM Database.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to continuously improve our existing technology.
- Working closely with the Management Team to generate proposals for customers and deliver project quotes as needed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and obtaining Purchase Orders within monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan.
- Attending client, company, and industry meetings and/or conferences as needed or required.
- Approximately 50% travel is required; all approved travel expenses will be paid for by the company.
- Follow all Trade Secret requirements imposed to ensure proprietary information regarding SediVision® is not disclosed.
Skills & Experience:
- Fifteen years of experience in the wastewater industry, preferably in business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in the wastewater market
- Experience with procurement by utilities and contractors
- Exceptional customer relationship management experience, C-Level through EIT
- Understands the NPDES permitting process
- Experience in bringing cutting-edge solutions to market is highly desirable
- Success in developing Engineering firms as well as national and regional water companies (i.e. Veolia, Suez, Aqua)
- Ability to obtain a thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and services provided to clients
- Can easily articulate complex issues verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to discuss with customer experts in their field at all levels including C-level management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other similar CRM
- Must have and maintain a professional appearance
- Strong team player and ability to get along well with others
- Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to commute to project sites and client meetings

Position Summary:
Headquartered in Orlando Florida, USST is seeking to add a qualified Heavy Equipment & Truck Mechanic to its team. This Heavy Equipment & Truck Mechanic will be primarily responsible for maintenance and repair of USST’s fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment.
Main Duties:
- Mobilize to vehicle location to diagnose and repair defects on heavy duty equipment, gasoline and diesel-powered trucks
- Participate in training to improve skills in heavy equipment operations, repairs, and maintenance
- Inspect diesel powered units, hydraulic systems and injection valves and systems
- Repair and replace hoses as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspection and service at regularly scheduled intervals
- Inspect hydraulic and cable operated attachments on vehicles
- Implement equipment upgrades to motor vehicles and pumping systems as required
- Communicate any unsafe conditions or accidents in a timely manner to supervisor
- Improve operations, streamline work processes, work cooperatively to provide seamless costumer service
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts and services as necessary
- File records and receipts of maintenance and repairs with the Operations Team, using MaintainX software
- Submit purchase orders for external parts and services
- Installation and maintenance of Electronic Logging Devices (Samsara) on all vehicles
- Follow monthly and quarterly Down Hole Pump Maintenance schedules
Skills & Experience:
- A high school diploma, or its equivalent, and five or more years of heavy equipment and truck mechanic experience
- Courses, training, and certification relating to hydraulics, diesel mechanics and chassis systems is preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Extensive hydraulic and technical experience in open and closed loop hydraulic systems; motors, valve, and cylinder rebuilding, read hydraulic schematics
- Competent mechanical skills including use of heavy equipment and power tools
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must have a clean and safe driving record
- A valid Florida Class A CDL license is highly preferred but not required
- Must be able to operate a Manual Transmission
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Understands and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures;
- understanding and compliance with the Department of Transportation and the State requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles
- Must be able to speak and read English in order to communicate with vendors, coworkers and supervisors, understand highway and traffic signals, and make legible entries on paperwork

USST is seeking to add qualified Field Service Technicians/CDL Drivers to its team. Field Service Technicians/CDL Drivers are primarily responsible for completing daily field duties in a safe and compliant manner as well as being highly motivated individuals with an excellent work ethic.
Main Duties:
- Train in the understanding and efficient operation and troubleshooting of the USST Combination3® truck and GritGone Process® as well other technologies
- Maintain and safely operate pump trucks, vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks and other company vehicles, including pre and post-trip inspections
- Complete and submit company forms and truck logs according to state and federal regulations
- Communicate professionally and report any issues to appropriate internal personnel while continuously providing excellent customer service
- Successfully complete safety training as provided by USST to become an expert in recognizing potential onsite safety hazards through communication and reporting
- Properly employ personal protective equipment
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a spirit of cooperation and teamwork at all times
- Willing and able to travel for several days at a time, nights and/or weekends when required; overtime can be expected
